Neil was patient, kind and clear in his communications, fully respecting that as the bride-to-be, I was up the wall with organising everything.
He visited the venue before-hand to prepare for the day and recommend the best package/setup for the venue space before accepting any payment.
We had a lovely phone call, where he asked which lights we would prefer for our first dance, any specific song requests and even asked if we would like to send him our playlist to get a feeling for the type of music and vibes we wanted.
He set everything up in the morning before we arrived after the church, an elegant white booth, clean and professional!
He provided us with wireless microphones for the speeches and even allowed a family friend to use his PA system to play some classical guitar during people eating.
Nothing was too much trouble and it really set our minds at ease. He made our special day memorable and perfect!

Outstanding service from Complete music solutions. Neil is a complete professional and organised our wedding lights and sound from service to the evening do.
